Arizona MultiBank as a National Model.  The U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has highlighted Arizona MultiBank in their publications as a model for pooling resources and providing gap financing for economic development and strengthening communities.

Oasis on Grand: An Artist Apartment Community.  MultiBank financed the acquisition and rehabilitation of the former Oasis Motel into a 60-unit affordable housing apartment complex located on Grand & Roosevelt Aves in a Phoenix Hot Zone.  The City of Phoenix provided a subordinate HOME loan. - Publication

 Arizona MultiBank Supports Charter School.  Since 1996, Arizona MultiBank has financed various stages for growth of Espiritu Community Development Corporation, from its first bungalow classroom to its campus of over 700 students and becoming a National Football League (NFL) Youth Education Town (YET) Academy.
