Andrew W. Gordon, President and CEO:
Prior to joining MultiBank in 1991, Mr. Gordon was Senior Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Part of the original start-up team of this economic development bank, started in 1979, he helped grow the corporation to over 100 employees. Over $2 billion in financing was provided, assisting over 1,000 small business and community projects. Mr. Gordon is a former VISTA volunteer and received his B.S. from Yale in Administrative Sciences and his Ed.M. from Harvard in Administration Planning and Social Policy. He serves on the Boards of the Phoenix Advisory Committee of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), ASU Stardust Center for Affordable Homes and the Family, and teaches small business finance as a faculty member of the National Community Development Lending School. The Arizona District Office of the SBA has recognized Mr. Gordon with the "Small Business Financial Services Champion of the Year" award.

Allison D. Haller, Vice President, Finance and Loan Administration:
Prior to joining MultiBank in 1995, Ms. Haller worked for Bank of America in the Special Assets division of the Loan Servicing Department from January 1990 until her position with MultiBank. Previous to 1990, Ms. Haller worked in banking in a variety of positions including Loan Administration, Special Assets, Trust Administration and Real Estate Administration. Ms. Haller graduated from Glassboro State College. Ms. Haller is responsible for the Corporation's financial reporting, budget, corporate administration, loan originations, loan servicing, loan review, and website design, development and support.

Randy Dixon, Vice President for Loans:
Prior to joining MultiBank 2006, Mr. Dixon worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly Bank One and Valley National Bank) for over 27 years, primarily in small business lending. He has extensive experience in banking, loan underwriting, portfolio management and business development. At Valley National Bank he was part of the startup of a centralized loan center for small business underwriting and, later for Bank One, he helped start a Loan-by-Phone center for small business. Mr. Dixon was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, but has lived in Arizona for over 30 years. He has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Arizona. At MultiBank, he is primarily responsible for business development, the underwriting and origination of new credit requests, and the maintenance of the existing loan portfolio.

Camden R. Forgia, Loan Servicing Specialist/Administrative Assistant:
Prior to joining MultiBank in 2011, Mr. Forgia worked for the Washington Elementary School District helping administer and monitor the childcare and after-school educational programs including providing support to the financial operations and budgetary areas. Mr. Forgia graduated from the School of Global Management at ASU West campus earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accountacy. While in school, Mr. Forgia was involved with Amnesty International exposing himself to the concepts of economic, social and cultural right issues. Mr. Forgia is a native Arizonian.
